Did you know Delta now offers eAccount services? You can sign up to manage your natural gas service online, saving you time and trouble with everything from paying your bill, viewing usage trends, and more. Not only can you pay and manage your account at any time from the comfort of your own home, you can also download the Delta Gas app and pay on the go from your smartphone or tablet.
We are also expanding Customer Service Call Center availability. Beginning Monday, May 1, call-in hours will be 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST. All Delta Natural Gas customers will call 888-427-7335 for Customer Service. You can also make a payment at any time through processor ACI Speedpay by calling 855-730-8765. Please continue to call 800-432-0771 to reach Emergency Gas Control.
To support these service improvements, beginning June 1, 2023, customers will no longer be able to speak with a Customer Service representative in-person at Delta office locations. Drop-off boxes will continue to be available during this transitional period. Customers may also visit Western Union locations within Wal-Mart and other local stores to make a cash payment. Additional fees may apply.
